What a lovely house :) A very tranquil setting, plenty of room, and very cosy. I loved the fireplace, the big dining area and the comfy beds. There were all the kitchen gadgets and homewares you could wish for in the kitchen. A big thank you for the lovely milk,yummy havana coffee, cereal, bread etc etc Some very welcoming small touches! I'll be sure to tell friends and family to choose to stay at Country House - we all had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. Many thanks!

We took my English brother and his wife to Countryhouse and they haven't stopped raving about the place. The sweeping veranda's on all sides, complete with tables and chairs, meant we could pick the best spot each mealtime for alfresco dining. The place is wonderfully set up - complete with friendly cows in the neighbouring paddock. We loved it, highly recommend it and would most certainly return.

Had another fantastic stay at your beautiful country house and we will definitely be back - with the extended family who also thoroughly enjoyed their time there!!

Pleasantly surprised to find the food and everything well stocked. Very comfortable, It was great to find a place so peaceful and allowed dogs. The sleep out was awesome. No faults at all, very pleased with the place. Thank you

Countryhouse was lovely with plenty of space, very quiet & relaxing. The house is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a stay there. Very enjoyable.

It was a wonderful stay in a lovely, well appointed house. The only criticism I have is that there are no directions on the website, and no obvious sign out front. Lovely place though, wouldn't hesitate in coming back!

Countryhouse was fantastic. It had everything we needed and more. The finer details, like beautiful linen and the fresh bread made us feel incredibly welcome. The setting was magic, we really enjoyed our evening sitting on the deck catching up with our old friends. Thanks so much.

A lovely stylish property in an excellent location for peace and quiet but also just a stroll into town. The place has been beautifully restored but has all the modern conveniences we could need. Watching the sun set from the deck with a glass of pinot was blissful.

Had a great stay. Everything that you needed was there. BBQ/Fireplace at night etc.

Countryhouse is one of the best I have stayed at in Martinborough. Countryhouse gets all day sun and has all the conveniences required for a comfortable stay. It is a beautiful old villa with all the modern necessities. Highly recommended if you are prepared to pay the extra cost.

We were very impressed with the Countryhouse. It was able to accommodate our very large group and was well equipped with everything we needed. We appreciated the extra bits such as breakfast things, good coffee, and some firewood to keep us warm and toasty. The Countryhouse has been beautifully set up, it was a real pleasure to stay and our kids loved the animals.

Really enjoyed the stay, and the facilities that the house has to offer. Bonus that it is so close to the golf course !

There's more than meets the eye at Country House. A beautifully renovated (and very well equipped) cottage in a lovely setting. We'll definitely be back.

Would recommend The Countryhouse to anyone looking for a beautiful home to relax in while visiting Martinborough. We are already planning our next visit!
